If you have no health insurance or if your insurance is that of another country than France or if you have forgotten your social security card, you cannot benefit of the third-party payer and of the remote transmission of your electronic medical treatment form. You will have to pay for the expenses, we will give you a paper medical treatment form.

Please refer to the rates without social security card, at our secretary office. Your social security and your complementary health insurance will pay you back secondarily.
